You can now communicate with Detroit Public Schools via Twitter and Facebook.

With the help of these two social media websites, DPS is hoping to vastly improve its communication outreach to parents and the community.

DPS plans to use Twitter to inform the community, parents and alumni of the great things happening in the Detroit Public Schools. DPS also has a Facebook Fan Page where the school system will post regular news, photos and calendar items about Detroit Public Schools.
